WOMEN BEWARE !These 5 star reviews are fabricated. I myself was asked to give a 5 star review by a guy named Joe, in order to get my vehicle back that they did a horrible job with and on pick up raised the price $200 dollars. When I said that's not what was agreed too, Joe said if you give us a 5 star review I will lower the bill. Total Blackmail, they have your keys you HAVE to pay. Run away from this place or prepare to be swindled when you go to pick up your vehicle! Women especially BEWARE

This review is completely fake and fabricated. We have never had a customer by this name, and the incident described never occurred at our business. We take our reputation and customer service very seriously and do not appreciate false statements being made about our company. We will be formally reporting this review to Google and requesting its immediate removal.

Scammers! Total frauds! I paid these guys actual his name is Joe to do a pre inspectiion on a truck I purchased.They did nothing, they never even drove it! No receipt was given showing they checked any systems, they simple wrote me a receipt telling me the recommended fluid changes Chevy recommends! Fighting these charges with the bank. I they also removed a stuck key said it took 20 min charged me an extra $200 bucks. Run away from this place this place is a scam! UPDATE just got off the phone with Joe, said the owner Andrew will call me today 10/19/26 about a FULL REFUND, I will update if and when the owner calls and immediately remedy's this complete failure at his auto shop Here's their own invoice miles in miles out proof they never even drove the vehicle. How are you doing a full inspection if you never even drove the vehicle. #2 why isn't there a checklist like I checked the tires the brake pads when you do a full inspection you check off that you checked components you check the four-wheel drive you checked something. They did absolutely nothing as you can see on their own invoice. All they did was rob me, and hold my keys hostage and my vehicle hostage until I paid their bill. Of course did the owner even call me today no he just wrote a review telling all of you how honest they are. The proof is in the pudding

During your visit, you also had a separate issue with a stuck key. We offered to assist you with removing it to save you the inconvenience and expense of calling a locksmith. This was an additional service outside the scope of your inspection, and we even extended a discount as a courtesy. We stand behind the work we perform and believe in being transparent and fair with every customer. While we respect your right to share your experience, we strongly disagree with the characterization of our business as fraudulent. We have proudly served the Las Vegas community for over 20 years and remain committed to providing honest, professional service.
